Does anyone know what causes this racket ? Mine just started it too.

I also would like to know what causes this noise my spedo whines very badly
sometimes when cold as the temp in the car goes up the sound goes into a light
clicking ever second about but it never stops making noise. I would love to
get rid of my Audi spedo woes and blues here if anyone can help thanks.
