I think all of you optimists are kidding yourselves regarding the
"arrival" of the lights. Please note that in all these months, Denon has
never ONCE called me. Also, every single time I call them (let's say
monthly) they very politely quote from the same list of responses: the
boat's dropping off the lights tomorrow, Bosch says all the lights are
there, we'll be shipping them by the end of the week, etc.  Just last
week Ian said "I'm getting the lights tomorrow, you should have yours in
a few days." I'm sure we're all polite, grateful Q-list members. But
some of us are also businessmen who feel that we don't have a complete
