A.  Check trans oil.
B.  Replace with synthetic (Redline or Mobil 1).  I think synth is in there
already but new oil will (should!) help.
C.  Motor mount loose/bad? (#1)  
D.  Synchro(s) bad? (#2)

You could always take it to the dealer for an OPINION.
