If I recall correctly, you posted a few days ago about your clutch pedal
being on the floor. The symptoms you are describing are consistent with a
clutch that is not fully disengaging. This will give you the notchy shifting
and the gear grinding. It is also putting additional load on your synchros
and too much driving like this will wear them prematurely.
Fix the clutch problem. I suggest you bleed and flush the clutch
hydraulics. If this does not restore clutch function, replace the clutch
master and slave cylinders.
