Seat upholstery

Back at the start of the summer I managed to find a wrecked 20V Ur quattro
and salvage the half-leather interior. It wasn't in too bad a condition
considering that it had been exposed to the elements for a few months
although some of the cloth was damaged (if people _have_ to smoke in a car
why cant they put their cigarettes in the ashtray?), but I figured that I
could live with it. Then, later this year it was mentioned in the UK owners
club newsletter that a firm has a supply of this cloth. I believe that Phil
Payne posted the firms' name and address on the list at about the same time.

Anyway, I dont need much prompting so I contacted them. AVA Leisure have
replaced all the "quattro" woven logo cloth panels and supplied sufficient
of the plain striped cloth to allow me to have the door panels retrimed to
match. A truly excellent job - the seats now look so much better that if it
wasn't for some recognisable marks on the leather I wouldn't think that they
were the same set. Turnround was rapid too, I despatched the seats on a
Thursday and the job was completed the following Tuesday.

I have got one problem though. The seats look so good that they make the
rest of my look rather tatty, so now I've got to get on and sort out the
bodywork.....
