Re: 4KCSQ: stalling at cruise speed




	my ex-gf's golf gti did this; she eventually sold the
	car to a used car dealer.  the engine would cut out,
	the tach needle would quickly bounce from 3k to 0 to
	4 or 5k to 0.  put in the clutch, turn the key off,
	on and restart.  a pain in the ass, and none of the 
	six mechanics she took it to could ever fix it.  it
	was about a 90 golf or so.  maybe 88.  had the cool
	striped colored seats, grey cloth.
