	when i bought my urq, the *one* muffler on it had
	a hole in it.  while getting fixed up at 2bennett,
	andrew welded in a new muffler.  i got the impression
	that one can just sort of adda muffler to any part
	of the system.  perhaps you cna have a muffler place
	replace the cherry bomb with a regular muffler, and
	then switch back after you pass inspection.
