YOur guess is as good as mine. I just know if I didn't pump it it didn't
even try to fire. Started pumping and it fired, stopped and it stopped
firing, started pumping again and finally it got started.
My guess is that somehow it coaxed more fuel in through Full
Throttle Switch by I dont know. L8R
