No, the Type 44 'bomb' is cheaper.  You have to remember that it includes
the pressure regulation valves that the older bomb screws into - change
a Type 44 bomb and you get new valves.  If you achieve the same effect
on the older system (changing both the bomb and the valves) it's more
expensive.
