Seems the concensus is the FP relay.  I just happen to have an extra one
so I'll give it a try.   7 years ago the car died on me... had it flat
bedded to
garage and they replaced the FP relay.  I asked for the old one, took it
home
and found a broken/loose solder connection on the circuit board.  After
reheating the solder I popped it back in and it started up fine, so I kept
it.  Guess it's time to pop it back in to see if that solves anything.  I'll
keep
you posted.
