v8q headlight bulbs

looking for the size and type of the headlight bulbs on a 90 v8q, 
both high and low beams.....would go and look for myself but it is 38
F and pouring outside right now and i don't feel like a soaking [you
know,  bathe once a month whether i need it or not]  TIA
