Try taking off the two electrical switches at the pedals (brake and clutch)
and short them with a paper clip. Now try cruise control. If it works, put
one back on...etc...
Those switches go out of adjustment... once you find out which one it is,
try adjusting it (it just screws in). If you cant adjust it enough, remove
it and put a meter to it.. it may have failed.
