There is a ground wire that goes between the drivers side and the
passengers side. Check to see if its intact or corroded at the connector
on the backplane of the lights. If it appears ok, its probably just
easier to run a new one. Test it out though by manually jumping between
the two to see if thats the problem before you go through all the
trouble! Be sure you dont send battery to ground though!
