There has to be something special about that Passat. We once had an
old Passat (1982) that  could be parked over night downtown, nobody
touched it.. Locking? Nothing to bother about.. And it looked pretty
decent with good paint and alloy wheels.. 

You should hide in the car with a baseball bat overnight.. :-)
