Paraphrased from the AllData CD TSB's TSB 91-07 issued 3/31/91
Fuel tank coating loosens and migrates to fuel pump inlet
screen causing hard start, rough idle, poor performance/acceleration.

Models:
1986-88 All 5KS and 5K Turbos
1989 100/200 up to VIN 44KN017651
Fix:
Removal of fuel pump and cutting out filter screen.
Details are long and may not cure problem. Next remedy is to replace
fuel pump (after removing wire screen).
