New Year's Resolution

What I plan to do:

1. I believe it is time that I change the t-belt, water pump,
tensioner.  I'll be calling 'Linda at Carlsen'(?).  
96k miles and not sure if tb has been changed by PO.  Living on
borrowed time...

2. wash the q more often

3. fix those niggly little problems...

Number 1, plan to do this myself this month, so I guess my car will
be out of service for about a month (at least).  Hopefully, I
can put it back together again with help from the list.  So bear
with me please - I'll be looking for any help I can get.

The adventure begins.
