Get a cement mixing tray from hardware store.  These are pretty cheap and
come in different sizes.  Slide underneath engine and loosen lower radiator
hose.  Tray will catch majority of spillage no matter where it goes.  A tip
to get the rad hoses off quickly: a short rt angle mechanics pick.  Loosen
the clamp then run the pick between the hose and pipe taking care not to
score or puncture the hose.  Slip the hose off in no time and without much
yelling and screaming :)
