Ive experimented a LOT with cross drilled, and have put them to some
pretty severe tests and have never ever had any problems ...including
cracking. Im guessing if you got some cheesy disk and drilled it you
would have problems, but Ive always started with quality stock.  Ill see
if I can dig up some of my old charts for temperature/time with stock
and cross drilled rotors, you would be amazed at the difference. When we
tested slotted, they did almost nothing for cooling.
