Re: '86 CGT power mirrors



Removing the mirror glass on the CGT is simple.  There's a small hole in 
the center on the bottom of the mirror case.  Push the mirror glass 
around so you can see a white piece of plastic with a slot in it through 
the hole.  The white plastic is a round clip with a slotted outer edge 
that attaches the mirror to the case.  By sticking a screwdriver in the 
slot and pushing the plastic toward the right 2 or 3 times (this rotates 
the white clip counterclockwise), the mirror glass should fall right 
off.  I think this procedure is also shown in Bentley.
