Re: S6 Variations



The not-in-the-US S6 Plus (V8 engine!) may have ended up with 8x17 wheels,
but the US cars never got above 16s. They did have EDL towards the end, I
believe.

There were a few other minor changes to the US models (headlights, a
cigarette lighter moved and maybe others), but nothing else major.

Does anyone know exactly how the S6 has evolved?  According to a May
1997 VW Audi Car Magazine I have, the final S6 had had EDL traction
control, 8x17 speedline wheels and 255 tyres.  Was this the only
change or were there others like bigger brakes?
