Nope, my '91 200q has the cold weather package with lock heaters. Have you
tried any of the lock "defrosting" sprays?

I do. More cold, some wet, sleet, freezing rain, thaw, cold again... BTW,
today the temp is 40 deg _warmer_ than the -20F I woke up to on Saturday!
Yesterday, ol' reliable (forgive the jest) quattro, sitting outside at
-16F, fired up almost instantly. My butt was frozen, though.
