Exhaust hangers

I grumbled here a while back about the short life I was getting from
# 8A0 253 147A - the exhaust hangers called out by the parts microfiche
for the ur-quattro. I lost three in rapid succession on the rear box,
resulting in damage to the rear exhaust pipe caused by it running on the
rear half-shaft.

A helpful lister suggested # 893 253 147F (the Coupe quattro equivalent)
and so far this has worked.

Yesterday evening I was looking something up for a UK club member, and
discovered a strange "Hinweis" on the service fiche:

"Bei Erneuern der Halteschlaufen nur die
           abgebildeten Halteschlaufen wervenden."

Wonderful. "When renewing the hangers, only use those pictured."

Except the drawing (26-664 on 26-5 of the main ur-quattro engine fiche)
shows two _different_ styles of hanger. The one illustrated for the
centre box has a bar across the middle - it's # 8A0 253 147A. The ones
illustrated for the back box, however, have _no_ middle bar - they're
just simple loops like # 893 253 147F.
