oil change

I went to change my oil on  my A4 and hve found that the dealer has either
completely tightened the plug beyond belief or their is some trick to this oil
plug.  Does Anyone know is there is a special way of unscrewing the oil drain
plug.  I really hate to have to pay Audi 40-50 some odd every 3500 miles.
Also is there a way to reset the computer that flashes when it is time for
service.
	last question did audi reinstate the use of pearl as a paint color. The
casablanca white is the closest I have seen on a new model until recently here
at school.  Someone has a 1.8 A4 with pearl.
