Winter Roads and Diff Lock Info Needed

Hey all, this is the first winter I have had w/ the 88 5kcstq and I love
it! Well, only when there is less than 10" of ice covered snow in the
drive way. Clearance is still a cause to get stuck! Oops, good thing the
neighbor helped push me out.... The H&R's look great / handle awesome, but
that extra 1.5" of clearance really make a difference! So as a newbie, I
have been experimenting w/ the center diff locks and was looking for any
caveats, or best solution for heavy snow/ice covered roads. I currently
have the front center diffs locked, and played w/ both locked. Adding the
rear didn't seemed to help that much. Are there any speed limitations as
to running w/ them lock? I have had a Jeep, and I was not supposed t go
above ~50mph with the fronts engaged. Just don't want to burn anything
out!

Thanks for any info.
