Wiring Help for new stereo in Ur-q

This morning I decided to put my new stereo in my '84 Ur-q and once again I
seem to be exibiting my stupidity when it comes to electrical stuff. No
wonder I had to take Airframe electrics twice to pass. Well I got the thing
going but not the way it is suppose to work. Here are my problems.

1. Where do I get a lead that only goes on when the ignition is turned on? I
found that the RED lead has power all the time.

2. There is a black lead that seems to only be carring a few volt (ie.
2-3VDC). What is that one for?

3. I know that the antenna need power to work. What lead supplies power to
the antenna amplifier.

The unit that I put in is a Blaupunkt Vegas. I have listened to it in CD
mode and boy does it sound alot better then the original head unit. and would
you believe that it slides right into the original opening. Crutchfeild said
that it would not fit, so I was quite supprised when the "keys" worked to get
the old unit out and the new unit slide right in and locked into the original
mounting frame. Any help with the wiring would be greatly appreciated. Now
it is timeto go watch some Paris Dakar highlights.

Cheers,
Jim Hahn
