There are a few things.  Naval Jelly and most other anti-rust compounds are
mixtures of plain old phosphoric acid.  You can pick a bottle up at your
local hardware store under many different brand names.  You'll need heat
for the stuff to work though so heat the garage and keep it warm for a
while.  3M makes a pen with the same stuff that is handy (no brush needed),
needs heat as well...
