5000 odo fix

Finally think it's done! Hoo-ray!

Couple of demon tricks, as I couldn't see how to disassemble the speedo,
and I wasn't going to apply any more force to the needle than I already
had.
1. Yank instruments from car.
2. Remove speedo from cluster
3. Using soldering iron, cut access to the offending gear in the plastic
surround.
4. Remove gear, and pull out shaft. (This one's the heart-stopper) Be
gentle, and don't jostle thing about.
5. Knurl and clean the end of the shaft. I gave it a few great squeezes
with sharp pair of vice-grips to get some knurling on it.
6. Clean shaft end and gear with alcohol, and use some super glue to attach
it. Make sure it seats all the way to the collar. I had to tap mine home.
7. Wiggle the shaft back in. (Quiet down...) This took a bit, but it will
go back in.
8. Speedo back into cluster, cluster back into car.

Only did a short parking garage test, as it's is -31C tonight. Yoiks!
