Ah, that Audi/AoA would be so enlightened ...
I found the attached message posted to the Shark (928) list ...
Why is it that I'm fairly confident that were the announcement made by Audi
that there might be a bit more concern ...

===========================================
Hi All,
There have been several posts to other lists regarding the press
announcement today from Porsche where they have filed suit againsgt 130
Porsche Files Lawsuit Against 130 Internet Domain Names For Trademark
Infringement. ( http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/990113/ga_porsche_1.html )
In an effort to put your mind (and keyboard;^) at ease, I would like to
reassure every list member that neither PORSCHELIST.ORG
and/or PORSCHELIST.COM are included within that lawsuit filed by
Porsche.
As the Domain owner to this site, ListMaster and WebMaster, I remain
optimistic that we will have an announcement to make to all list members
regarding this matter in the future. It is my strong conviction that
Porsche AG and Porsche Cars North America understands, appreciates and
supports the enthusiasm exhibited within these forums each and every day
by our list members - representing thousands of Porsche customers,
enthusiasts and loyal advocates.
It is also my opinion that Porsche AG and PCNA is well within their
right to use every legal measure at their disposal to protect their
trade name and trademarks from infringement. In fact, without reasonable
efforts to police their Trademark/Trade Name within the registered
Internet Domain names, they might well forfeit future rights and claims
to the same.
In the meantime, I would like to thank you for your continued support
and ask for your patience and understanding until these matters are
behind us.
With my personal best to all,
John Dunkle
