As an ex-GM service rep and a present day Audi-VW dealer,
I'd_strongly_advise you contact you Audi field representative. You should
be able to get a hold of his contact info through the Audi head office.
This type of action is absolutely reprehensible. It is, in my opinion
fraudulent, if in fact the part is no-original but has been represented to
the customer as an original part, and is technically grounds for reviewing
the dealer sales and service agreement.
I'd be interested to know the details of the part as on your invoice copy.
