RE: Why use Amsoil instead of Mobil 1?

I'm not an organic chemist, but if Mobil 1 is 20% synthetic and the rest
dino, why do I see on shelves all manner of synth-blends like Castrol,
Valvoline, and Quaker, which quite specifically state that the synthetic
content is in the neighborhood of 10 to 20%?  If Mobil 1 is only 20%
synthetic, their advertising is clearly misleading, and I'm quite surprised
that the Federal Trade Commission (which I do know something about) hasn't
raised a flag on this.
