Ahem,  Actually it's not that bad.  BTDT on a 89 100.  Cost me $25.-
for the components at the local boneyard.  Which was the bag in it's frame
ready to bolt in.

If your backseat has the flip down armrest your halfway there.

You will need to slit the seems on the back of the seat where the armrest
fit's into.  Not as bad as it sounds.

Open the trunk and pull the carpet down from the backseat panel.

On my 89 100 the cutout was there, you just needed to snip 4 tabs off and
wallah.  Ski access hole.

If anybody wants the "Gory Details", it's been awhile but I could check out
somebodies car and jar my memory a bit :-)
