Yes, Audi must be doing a "Best of" reprise (maybe they can't
afford to create new commercials? ;-)

This was previously shown in the US about 18 months ago (maybe
more?).  If you look closely, the car that 'made the tracks'
is the old body-style A6.  Good commercial (in fact one of my
all-time favourites) but seems strange that Audi should re-
distribute one showing a car they no longer produce.
