Ur Warm Start Problem - Halp!

Hello fellow listless,

I'm sure this must sound familiar.  When cold, the ole '85 engine fires 
right up.  When hot, it also fires right up.  When warm, it may take 5 
to 10 seconds to turn over.  Does this have anything to do with the 
differential pressure regulator?  All entries will be considered.
