Ur Warm Start Problem

Sorry if this is a duplicate - but MS IE bombed out.

When the ole 85 is cold, it fires right up.  When hot, it will do the 
same.  When left sitting for a few minutes, it takes 5 to 10 seconds to 
start.  Does this have anything to do with the differential pressure 
regulator?  Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like my 82 Coupe GT had the same problem when I sold it.
