Thanks for the help all -- the consensus was look around more.  Chevron
states that they have no gas stations in IL, so I will assume that I can't
get Techron-ated gas from a pump here.  Gotta make my way to IN or
something.

Otherwise, I'll hit up the local Target and maybe Imparts if I have to.
