sunroof water leak only in tilt 88 5kcsqt

When it is raining outside and I have the sunroof tilted I get rain coming
through one of the sunroof motor screws. I cleaned outer gasket, removed
the deflector and front plate to check the area for leaks. I added silcon
to the screws and around the area but I am still getting a leak.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?
Does the wind deflector have any rubber strips on it?

Note - anyone who responded to my previous questions- I have not replied
yet as I plan on doing the work this weekend and sending in a complete
post mortem.
