Volvos (and Ford)

OK. First off, I didn't intend for this to become such a debate.
I just like to remind people that no matter what car you love (Quattro's
in
my case) there are always other cars that are also noteworthy. For
example,
I don't want a Jaguar, but you have to respect the latest XJ-R's (or M5,
or..)
Second, you can easily chip and otherwise mod a Volvo for more power.
Might
even be easier, since the stock exhaust manifold doesn't really need to
be
upgraded (ala RS2). HOWEVER-a FWD will have trouble putting all that
power
to the pavement.
Third, I about died when I heard about the Ford purhase. Thoughts of
"Post-GM"
SAAB came to mind. But, on the other hand, it seems that Ford has let
Jaguar do
pretty much it's own thing, just provided support (inc $$) where needed.
Lastly, my dream car is a new S4 Avant Bi-Turbo with some suitable
enhancements,
not a Volvo as some of you might think!
