STILL NO BOOST!!!!!

I want to thank all of you who replied to my post , but I still have no
solution to n\my problem, I performed the battery of tests that Robert
suggested and nothing happened. Pulled the dipstick, nothin! Sprayed eyther
all over the intake hoses, NOTHING! I had two reputable dealers look at the
car some time ago and they told me the turbo was good, how do you test a
turbo? This could maybe be the problem.
 How do I test it ?
