Need FAST advice

Need some advice on the purchase of an S4...I just found it at a local
Audi dealer.  '93 S4 w/ 73k miles, one owner all repair records. 
Anything to look for?
They want $14k for it.  Comes with 2 sets of Audi 16" rims.  Very
nice.  Haven't driven because it needs tires.  How does this sound to
you?  TIA
