More exhaust manifolds.

One thing I can't understand is why building a new manifold is that
expensive in the US. Everything I have checked is significantly cheaper in
the US than in Sweden but the prices I saw you guys publish for building a
Stainless steal exhaust EM is as expensive as in Sweden. The shop I talked
to about building one for me has a reputation of being EXTREMELY expensive!
They wanted 1200-1500$ for building and installing it, they haven't done one
before for the 10v but they have done several for the 20v. They are also
very aware of the stud breaking problem. They are using flex pipe for the
longest runners on the manifold, a bit ugly but necessary due to the
underdimensioned studs.
