10V header cost = astronomical

Sounds cheap to me.

No wonder it is so cheap. That simply is _not_ a professional approach.
To do a 10V header out of stainless steel properly, you will need the
following:
7 90 deg bends 210.00
5 180 deg bends 150.00
1 5 into 1 collector 300.00
1 90 deg bend in 2" dia 25.00
5 head flanges 100.00
1 turbo inlet flange 25.00
1 wastegate flange 25.00
total 835.00
plus labour (20 hours minimum) 1000.00
Grand total 1835.00
The only way to reduce the cost would be to have your own tube bender,
and a really nice fixture but then you'd need to build at least 20 or
30 units to make it worthwhile. Anyone who claims to do a one-off for
less than 1500 is suspect IMHO. Caveat Emptor
