88 80 Q: New Sub*scriber Questions

I just bought an 88 80 Audi Quattro with about 158K on it 
(Odometer broke down a few days ago). I just moved 
from an '86 BMW 325E after it got totaled and I have
a few questions.  

How long on average can the 88 Q make it in mileage ? Do
Audi's usually make it to 200K+ if well treated. Talking of
mileage how can I get the odometer to work again ? Its not 
moving currently.

The coolant warning light is persistently flashing, the coolant
level is okay. What could be the cause / How can I get it to 
stop flashing ?

The brake master cylinder is faulty. Is this a DIY job ? Would
it involve brake bleeding ?

Does the car have central locking as a feature ? Mine isn't
working, the rear right door does not lock with the knob, its
as though something is loose as when I pull on the knob it
goes up and down...there does not seem to be a pull or 
something attached to the knob...I'm thinking this might
be why the central locking isn't functional.

I took the car on a 70 mile run b4 I bought it, performance is
excellent, just a few minor things to fix and it'll be almost 
perfect.
