There is some impressive Rose bearing  conversion on suspention to eliminate all
ruber bushings. I am doing this for my rally car. It is very difficult and
pricey thing to do. It also makes street use very expencive do to replacement
cost of these bearings. Another thing to look at is custom EFI manifold with
separate throttle body for every injector like in old BMW M engines.
