I never heard of it or anything like it. Some dealers do charge for dmv
documents, etc. When you consider that a staff of peple and software etc is
needed to do all the paperwork, it's not unreasonable perhaps. The dealers
around here charge from$55- $100 for this and is usually negotiable. Anyone
one who has stood in line at the registry will usually pay rather than go thru
it all themselves. I must say that emmisions or drive out fees are suspect.
