No, they're not.

Here in the US, the M3's (the 240hp version, which is apparently a *lot*
cheaper to manufacture) base MSRP range is $39,700 - $45,900 according to
CarPoint (http://carpoint.msn.com/vip/bmw/m3).

What's a "UK$" anyway? I know about the Euro, but...
