None of the above. Vacuum leaks etc, if they had any visible effect
at all on this reading, would cause the reading to be higher.
Perhaps your pressure sensor is beat up from overboosting and
reading low... or maybe it's just the guage being goofy.
Get a mechanical guage, plumb it in at the computer and post
your readings. That would give us a better idea.
