One more thought: Are you sure that your caster settings are equal from side
to side?  Caster isn't adjustable on these cars but you can slot the bolt
strut bearing mounting holes if necessary to bring things back into alignment.
Also, Audi used a much larger front a/r bar on the 4.2L V8s and because of a
difference in the mounting points, it increases caster as well ... I haven't
installed mine yet but the report I've heard from somebody who did suggests
promising results.
