Buddy looking for a used Q!

Hello all
I have a friend that is getting rid of his '96 Pontiac Grand Am
and is wanting an '85-'89 Q 200/5000tq/4000q/CGT
His most prefrerable would be either a clean 5kqt with service records
and in the South (We're in Texas) or and '86-87 4kq....
CGT might work but he is not really that fond of the larg rear windows
or 2 doors...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
also he has a price ceiling somewhere between $4000-$6000
