A couple additional notes: The resistance of this sensor is not the same
for all engines and the P/Ns differ only by the revision suffix letter. Be
sure of your P/N or at least the correct resistance so you can check.
One incorrect part I know of has a resistance range much lower than
that for the MC and will be interpreted as a shorted sensor by your ECU.
The original uses soldered connections as Phil says while the replacement
is designed for a connector. A knowledgable parts clerk can set you up
with the kit to add the proper mating connector to your harness. Maybe
the parts fiche shows the connector now (but probably not the wire
terminals). Your best bet is a parts counter were they understand what
you're talking about or perhaps someone on the list has a parts list handy.
