5000 Turbo quattro motor?

Hey I just wanted to ask what you guys thought on this price.  800.00 + tax
for an 87 or 88 5000 Turbo quattro Motor with 141,000 miles on it.  Includes
computers, wiring harness, turbo, inter-cooler, missing a few small items but
nothing major.  Am considering putting it in my 4000 quattro.  If I do this
what else would I need to do the conversion?  Anything I should look at before
I consider buying the engine?  The car was hit in the side.
